Two things we do that are not products in a box. Barista training runs on our own bar in Sydney, not in a classroom, so you dial in a real grinder against a real group head and take shots until they are repeatable. Machine service and repair covers domestic and commercial machines: backflush and deep clean, group head and shower screen service, seal and gasket replacement, descale, and pressure and temperature calibration, charged at a $150 callout plus $150 per hour on site. Most domestic machines are finished inside the first hour.
