Refund policy

Nothing here reduces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are always entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss.

Change of mind on unopened goods. Return equipment and accessories within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, for a full refund of the item price. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or wrongly sent.

Coffee, tea and other consumables. Because these are perishable food products we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on opened bags. If a bag arrives stale, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it.

Faulty or incorrect items. Email marketing@bondimarketing.au with your order number and a photo. We cover return postage and will replace or refund, your choice.

Machines and grinders. These carry the manufacturer's warranty in addition to your Australian Consumer Law rights. Contact us first and we will help with the warranty claim.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
