If something we sent you is not right, you are emailing the people who packed it, and you can walk in and tell us to our faces.

If it is not right, we fix it

Nothing here reduces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a bag arrives stale, damaged or is simply not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days and we replace it or refund it. Equipment can go back within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging. Read the shipping details and the returns policy in full.
