Shipping rate
Flat $9.95 AUD on every order, anywhere in Australia. No minimum spend, and no surcharge for regional or remote addresses.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 12pm on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Coffee is ground to your selected brew method at the time of dispatch rather than in advance, so it reaches you as fresh as possible.
Delivery times
- Sydney metro: 1 to 2 business days
- Elsewhere in Australia: 2 to 6 business days
These are carrier estimates rather than guarantees. Peak periods and remote destinations can run longer.
Large items
Commercial machines and some grinders ship by freight and can take longer than the estimates above. If that applies to your order we will contact you before dispatch.
International
We do not ship outside Australia.
