Just like Minas Santos only stronger and darker:
Made from the same Brazilian minas bean as our popular Minas Santos.
This coffee is roasted slightly longer to produce a darker, stronger full bodied coffee making it the perfect choice for Eastern European style coffee.
We are one of the only roasters in Sydney to use traditional stone grinders imported from Eastern Europe for all our European Speciality Coffee. Not only does it improve the flavour of the coffee its ground so fine you could mistake it for powder.
