Shipping policy

We ship from Darlinghurst, Sydney, and deliver within Australia only.

Rate. Flat $9.95 AUD on every order, anywhere in Australia, with no minimum and no surcharge for regional addresses.

Dispatch. Orders placed before 12pm on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Coffee is ground to your selected brew method at the time of dispatch rather than in advance, so it reaches you as fresh as possible.

Delivery times. Sydney metro 1 to 2 business days, elsewhere in Australia 2 to 6 business days. These are carrier estimates rather than guarantees.

Large items. Commercial machines and some grinders ship by freight and can take longer. We will contact you if that applies to your order.

We do not ship outside Australia.
