Shipping policy

We ship from Sydney, and deliver within Australia only.

Rates. Shipping follows Australia Post parcel pricing and is based on the products' listed weights:

• Up to 1kg: $11.95
• 1kg to 2.8kg: $20.95
• 2.8kg to 4.8kg: $24.95
• 4.8kg to 10kg: $49.95
• 10kg to 22kg: $99.95
• Over 22kg: $149 freight

Coffee beans (every roaster except Di Stefano) ship for a flat $11.95 whatever the weight, and free when your coffee comes to $99 or more. Di Stefano coffee ships at the weight rates above.

Free shipping. Free shipping on coffee beans when your coffee comes to $99 or more, applied automatically at checkout. Di Stefano coffee is not included, and other items in the same order still pay their own shipping.

Coffee beans are priced separately from other items, so an order with beans and, say, a grinder shows the two added together as one shipping total.

Items sent by our supplier. Matcha sets, matcha bowls, whisks, matcha powders and some cups are sent directly from our supplier's warehouse as a separate parcel. Their shipping is added to your total at checkout, and they can take longer to arrive than the times below.

The exact rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch. Orders placed before 12pm on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Coffee is ground to your selected brew method at the time of dispatch rather than in advance, so it reaches you as fresh as possible.

Delivery times. Sydney metro 1 to 2 business days, elsewhere in Australia 2 to 6 business days. These are carrier estimates rather than guarantees; peak periods and remote destinations can take longer.

Large items. Commercial machines and some grinders ship by freight and can take longer. We will contact you before dispatch if that applies to your order.

Click and collect. Choose pickup at checkout and collect from 520 Oxford St, Bondi Junction NSW 2022, usually within 24 hours.

We do not ship outside Australia.
