Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from cappacoffee.com.au, operated from 82-84 Stanley Street, Darlinghurst NSW 2010, Australia.

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. If an item is unavailable or mispriced we may decline and will refund you in full.

Pricing. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping is shown separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but not for orders already accepted.

Product information. We describe products as accurately as we can. Roast profiles, tasting notes and images from suppliers are indicative; coffee is an agricultural product and varies between harvests.

Availability. Listing a product is not a guarantee of stock. If we cannot fulfil an order we will contact you and refund.

Liability. Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Where permitted, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
