Description
Heavy flat base tamper in 51mm and 58mm, sized to fit the basket properly.
A tamper that is narrower than your basket leaves a gap at the edge, and you end up pressing repeatedly to catch the grounds you missed. That is what creates the uneven puck that channels and wastes the shot. A tamper cut to the right diameter needs one solid press.
These are built heavy, with a black aluminium handle shaped to the palm and a satin finished stainless steel flat base with clean, sharp edges that reach the basket wall. Available in 51mm and 58mm, fitting automatic, manual, lever and home machines.
