Description
Mid-sized on demand grinder with 50mm steel burrs and a touchpad.
On demand means the grinder holds no ground coffee: you press for a single or a double and it delivers that dose, so nothing sits in a chamber going stale. Two programmed buttons cover both doses and the calibration is tight enough that you are not tipping the excess out.
The Junior sits between a home grinder and a full commercial one. It carries 50mm steel burrs and a 250g hopper, which gives it the throughput to serve a small brew bar without the bulk or the price of a cafe machine. Available in black or stainless steel.

Flat burrs give more clarity and separation between flavours. Conical burrs give more body and are more forgiving of an inconsistent dose. Both beat any blade grinder by a wide margin.
