Description
A gift boxed matcha set with a spouted bowl, in seven finishes and three build levels.
Twenty five configurations sounds like a lot, and it is, but the logic is simple. Pick one of seven bowl finishes, then pick whether you want the bowl alone, the bowl with the whisk, or the full four piece with scoop and stand.
Bowl finishes run from copper wire green and zhu mo wire through bamboo green, pine green and zen black, in either a spouted or a light flat shape. The spouted ones pour into a glass; the flat ones are for drinking from directly.
Striped pattern, microwave safe, and it arrives in a presentation box, so it does not need wrapping. Delivered Australia wide from our supplier's warehouse, shipping calculated by weight at checkout.

Common questions
Ceremonial grade is made from young first-harvest leaves and is meant to be whisked with water and drunk on its own. Culinary grade is designed to hold its flavour against milk and sugar in lattes and baking.
Sift a small measure into a bowl, add water at around 80 degrees rather than boiling, and whisk briskly until it foams. For a latte, make that paste first and then add your milk.
Keep it sealed, cold and away from light. Matcha loses colour and sweetness quickly once air reaches it, so reseal it properly after every use.
