Description
Straws made from recycled sugarcane, home compostable and PLA free.
Little Green Panda take sugarcane that would otherwise have been discarded and turn it into straws that break down in a food waste bin within a few weeks. Being certified home compostable is the distinction that matters: they go in the green or FOGO bin rather than needing an industrial facility.
They are PLA free, so there is no plastic and no compostable plastic in them. They stay strong instead of going soggy, they are taste free and gluten free, and they are certified dishwasher safe to 100 cycles if you want to reuse them.

Common questions
Most of the range is specified for commercial dishwashers, but it varies by material and finish. Check the specifications above, and ask us before ordering in volume if it matters.
The cups and glassware we carry are specified for cafe service, which usually means heavier gauge material and standard sizing that fits equipment you already own.
We stock brands with long production runs, such as Incasa and Giuseppe Brothers, so you can reorder against breakage rather than ending up with mismatched service.
