Description
The Mazzer Super Jolly V Up grinder-doser, automatic version.
A cafe workhorse for medium volume, with 64mm flat burrs and stepless micrometric grind adjustment. The automatic version starts every 12 doses and stops when the doser is full, and the dose adjusts from 5.5 to 8g.
350W motor, 1400rpm (50Hz), 1.2kg bean hopper, 280g ground coffee capacity, 14kg net weight. Available in single and three phase versions. Covered by a 12 month manufacturer's warranty, returned to the Giuseppe Brothers service centre.

Common questions
Flat burrs give more clarity and separation between flavours. Conical burrs give more body and are more forgiving of an inconsistent dose. Both beat any blade grinder by a wide margin.
