Description
An 83mm flat burr grinder-doser for medium to high volume cafes.
The Mazzer Major Automatic starts grinding every 12 doses and stops when the doser is full, so the barista never runs short. Grind adjustment is stepless and micrometric, and the dose adjusts from 5.5 to 8g.
650W motor, 83mm flat burrs at 1400rpm (50Hz), 1.8kg bean hopper, 360g ground coffee capacity, 20kg net weight. Available in single and three phase versions. Covered by a 12 month manufacturer's warranty, returned to the Giuseppe Brothers service centre.

Common questions
Flat burrs give more clarity and separation between flavours. Conical burrs give more body and are more forgiving of an inconsistent dose. Both beat any blade grinder by a wide margin.
