Description
A wide standing chawan with the bamboo whisk, in seven colours.
The bowl is the bit people get wrong. Matcha is whisked in a W or M motion, not stirred in a circle, and that needs a bowl wide enough for the whisk to travel and shallow enough that you are not fighting the walls. A mug produces lumps and no foam.
Seven colours: blue, ensignia, raisin, white, pale blue, purple and black. Bamboo and ceramic, 850g packed, 30 x 20 x 10cm boxed.

Common questions
Ceremonial grade is made from young first-harvest leaves and is meant to be whisked with water and drunk on its own. Culinary grade is designed to hold its flavour against milk and sugar in lattes and baking.
Sift a small measure into a bowl, add water at around 80 degrees rather than boiling, and whisk briskly until it foams. For a latte, make that paste first and then add your milk.
Keep it sealed, cold and away from light. Matcha loses colour and sweetness quickly once air reaches it, so reseal it properly after every use.
