Description
A frappe base powder made with real milk, for hot or cold drinks.
Davinci Frappease gives blended drinks a creamy taste and a smooth mouthfeel, and it is formulated to work in hot drinks as well as cold ones, so one tub covers both menus.
For a 460ml (16oz) frappe: put 120ml of water or milk in the blender, add 2 level scoops (80g) of Frappease, add syrup or sauce to taste, fill the cup with ice, tip it into the blender and blend until smooth.

Common questions
Ceremonial grade is made from young first-harvest leaves and is meant to be whisked with water and drunk on its own. Culinary grade is designed to hold its flavour against milk and sugar in lattes and baking.
Sift a small measure into a bowl, add water at around 80 degrees rather than boiling, and whisk briskly until it foams. For a latte, make that paste first and then add your milk.
Keep it sealed, cold and away from light. Matcha loses colour and sweetness quickly once air reaches it, so reseal it properly after every use.
