Bright, strong Ceylon Broken Orange Pekoe for the first cup of the day.
A morning tea with body, strength, colour and pungency, which is about as close to a working definition of fine Ceylon tea as you will get. The leaf is an evenly graded Broken Orange Pekoe and it yields a burgundy coloured brew that is robust without going dull.
