Description
Italian made espresso grinder with 55mm burrs and stepless adjustment.
Eureka take features from cafe machinery and fit them into a grinder that sits on a home bench. The Specialita runs 55mm burrs, which is a step up in size for the class and means it grinds a dose faster and with less heat carried into the coffee.
Adjustment is stepless and micrometric, so you can make the small corrections that espresso actually needs rather than jumping between fixed steps. Dosing goes straight into the basket hands free: press the portafilter against the auto start button under the chute, or use one of two programmed doses.
