Description
Vegan drinking chocolate that also works as a dusting powder.
Formulated to do two jobs: dissolve into a proper chocolate beverage, and sit in the shaker for dusting cappuccinos. That saves a venue carrying two products where one will do.
It is vegan, and it is made in Australia from local and imported ingredients. Dosing is straightforward: two heaped teaspoons for an 8oz cup, three for a 12oz, four for a 16oz. Dissolve in hot water first, then top with frothed milk.

Ceremonial grade is made from young first-harvest leaves and is meant to be whisked with water and drunk on its own. Culinary grade is designed to hold its flavour against milk and sugar in lattes and baking.
Sift a small measure into a bowl, add water at around 80 degrees rather than boiling, and whisk briskly until it foams. For a latte, make that paste first and then add your milk.
Keep it sealed, cold and away from light. Matcha loses colour and sweetness quickly once air reaches it, so reseal it properly after every use.
