Description
A commercial doser grinder with a 2kg hopper.
The Cunill La Venezia is made for cafes that need a productive, reliable automatic grinder. It has a stainless steel body and hardened 60mm flat burrs turning at 1300rpm on a 352W motor.
The bean hopper holds 2kg and the doser holds 600g. Covered by a 12 month manufacturer's warranty, returned to the Giuseppe Brothers service centre.

Common questions
Flat burrs give more clarity and separation between flavours. Conical burrs give more body and are more forgiving of an inconsistent dose. Both beat any blade grinder by a wide margin.
