Description
1.4 litre cold brew jug with a removable infuser and airtight lid.
Cold brew is smoother and sweeter than hot brewed coffee because cold water pulls out fewer acids and tannins, so the cup comes out low in acidity and low in bitterness. Making it needs nothing more than time and a vessel that holds the grounds apart from the water.
This is that vessel: a heatproof borosilicate carafe with a BPA free filter and lid. The infuser lifts out, the lid seals airtight for the fridge, and it can take hot water as well as cold. Use the concentrate for iced coffee, hot coffee or mixed drinks.
