Citrus and berry notes with a full dark chocolate finish.
Coffee Specialists Cafe Blend is a medium-dark specialty blend that pairs bright citrus and berry notes with a rich dark chocolate finish. It is made for milk coffee: cappuccinos, flat whites and lattes.
Brew it as espresso, on the stovetop, in a plunger or through a filter. Available in 500g or 1kg, whole bean or ground to your brew method on the day we ship.
Cafe Blend is the most expressive of the Coffee Specialists coffees. The citrus and berry at the front give a flat white some lift, and the dark chocolate finish stops it tasting thin. If you like the idea of fruit in your coffee but still drink it with milk, start here.

A blend mixes beans from more than one farm or country, balanced by the roaster so the cup tastes the same bag after bag. A single origin comes from one place, so it tastes distinctly of where it grew and shifts a little with each harvest.
This one is a blend.
Ground fresh on the day we dispatch, not pulled off a shelf. If you are between two, whole bean keeps best.
Ground to your chosen brew method on the day we dispatch.
Pick the brew method you actually use and we grind to match it: espresso, filter, plunger, stovetop or Turkish. Choose whole bean if you have a grinder at home, which will always give you the better cup.
We grind and dispatch on the same day rather than pulling a pre-ground bag off a shelf, so the coffee is as close to roast-fresh as mail order gets.
Keep the bag sealed and out of the light and it will hold up for roughly two to four weeks after opening. Whole beans hold longer than ground. Do not refrigerate it.
Yes. We run a prepaid twelve month coffee subscription: pay once, choose four coffees and how often you want them, and a kilo arrives on schedule for a year.
