African and South American beans in one medium-dark blend.
Coffee Specialists American brings together African coffee and South American beans, roasted medium-dark for a full body that holds up well under milk. It is built for cappuccinos, flat whites and lattes.
Coffee Specialists is a group of European roasters bringing specialist European coffee to Australia. Choose a 500g or 1kg bag, whole bean or ground to your brew method on the day we ship.
Pick American if most of what you make is milk coffee and you want a bean that still tastes of coffee under 200ml of steamed milk. The African component brings depth, the South American beans bring body and sweetness, and the medium-dark roast keeps it from turning sour in a home machine.

A blend mixes beans from more than one farm or country, balanced by the roaster so the cup tastes the same bag after bag. A single origin comes from one place, so it tastes distinctly of where it grew and shifts a little with each harvest.
This one is a blend.
Ground fresh on the day we dispatch, not pulled off a shelf. If you are between two, whole bean keeps best.
Ground to your chosen brew method on the day we dispatch.
Pick the brew method you actually use and we grind to match it: espresso, filter, plunger, stovetop or Turkish. Choose whole bean if you have a grinder at home, which will always give you the better cup.
We grind and dispatch on the same day rather than pulling a pre-ground bag off a shelf, so the coffee is as close to roast-fresh as mail order gets.
Keep the bag sealed and out of the light and it will hold up for roughly two to four weeks after opening. Whole beans hold longer than ground. Do not refrigerate it.
Yes. We run a prepaid twelve month coffee subscription: pay once, choose four coffees and how often you want them, and a kilo arrives on schedule for a year.
