Description
Clean Machine Milk Steamer Solution does a professional job of cleaning stubborn milk scum and build up from milk lines, valves and milk jugs.Auto Frothers : run solution through frothing device and repeat with fresh water twice. Soak all milk lines and frothing components once a week for up to 30 minutes and rinse thoroughly afterwards.
Steam Wands:steam solution in a milk jug as you would milk. Turn steam on & off over a one minute period allowing the solution to work its way up the steam arm. Repeat process twice with fresh water.

Use the cleaner specified for your equipment type. Espresso machine backflush powder, grinder cleaner and milk line cleaner are not interchangeable, and the wrong one can damage seals.
For a busy cafe machine, backflush daily and deep clean weekly. Grinders want a clean at every bean change. Domestic machines can go longer, but not indefinitely.
