Description
The Bialetti moka pot, rebuilt so it works on an induction cooktop.
Most moka pots are aluminium, and aluminium does nothing on an induction hob. This one has a stainless steel water chamber, so it works on induction as well as gas and electric, with the gold finished aluminium upper chamber Bialetti are known for.
Brewing is four steps. Grind 24g medium fine into the basket, fill the reservoir to just under the release valve, sit it on low to medium heat for four to six minutes, and pull it off when the upper chamber is 80 per cent full. Drink it straight, or add steamed milk or hot water.
