Description
The original aluminium stovetop coffee maker, designed in Italy in 1933.
The Bialetti Moka Express brews strong, full bodied coffee on the stove with nothing but coffee, water and heat. It has Bialetti's safety valve and the classic eight-sided aluminium body, and it will last for years with simple care.
Moka pots are sized in espresso cups, not mugs: a 3 cup pot makes about 130ml and a 6 cup about 270ml. Hand wash only, with no detergent. Our guide to using a moka pot shows how to stop it tasting burnt.
