Description
Drinking chocolate powder built to flow through vending machines.
A rich drinking chocolate that has been formulated for machine dispensing rather than for a spoon and a jug. The flow properties are the whole point: a chocolate powder that clumps or bridges will jam a hopper and cost you the service.
It suits both gravity and pump machines. Start at a throw rate of 21g per 180mL cup and adjust from there to match the strength your site wants. Supplied in a 750g pack.

Ceremonial grade is made from young first-harvest leaves and is meant to be whisked with water and drunk on its own. Culinary grade is designed to hold its flavour against milk and sugar in lattes and baking.
Sift a small measure into a bowl, add water at around 80 degrees rather than boiling, and whisk briskly until it foams. For a latte, make that paste first and then add your milk.
Keep it sealed, cold and away from light. Matcha loses colour and sweetness quickly once air reaches it, so reseal it properly after every use.
