Built for the cafe rather than the fridge door. The Alternative Dairy Co mill Australian oats into flour, brew them with natural enzymes and water from the central coast, then filter the result until it is smooth enough to steam and pour like dairy.
It is 98 per cent Australian ingredients, the oats are GMO free and grown in the Riverina by Blue Lake Milling, and it is the most sustainable product the company makes. Sold as a single one litre carton.
