Description
Four 250g coffees paired with the 1kg Airscape storage canister.
Two things in one box: four hand picked coffees from our on site roaster, and the canister to keep the rest of them in. It works as a gift because the canister outlasts the coffee by years.
The Airscape Kilo holds a full kilogram of beans. Its patented lid forces the air out through a valve as you push the inner lid down, then closes to lock the air out, which is what actually slows staling. The body is restaurant grade stainless steel, and the clear BPA free top lets you see the level.

Which grind should I pick?
- Whole Beans
- Unground, exactly as roasted. Pick this if you have a grinder at home. It keeps its flavour far longer than ground coffee and will always give you the better cup.Shop grinders →
- Ground: Espresso Commercial
- Fine, set for a cafe machine with a 9 bar pump and a 58mm portafilter. Too fine for most home machines, which will choke on it.Shop commercial machines →
- Ground Espresso: Home
- Fine, but a touch coarser than the commercial setting, so a domestic espresso machine can push water through it without stalling.Shop home espresso machines →
- Ground: Aeropress
- Medium-fine, between espresso and filter. Suits the short steep an Aeropress uses.Shop brewing gear →
- Ground: Stovetop
- Medium-fine for a moka pot or percolator. Finer than filter, coarser than espresso, so it does not clog the basket.Shop moka pots →
- Ground:Filter
- Medium, for drip machines and pour over. The most forgiving grind if you are not sure which to choose.Shop pour over →
- Ground: Plunger
- Coarse, for a French press. Fine grounds slip past the mesh and end up as silt in the bottom of your cup.Shop plungers →
- Ground: Cold Drip
- Coarse, for cold drip and cold brew. A long steep in cold water needs a coarse grind or it turns bitter and muddy.Shop cold brew →
Ground fresh on the day we dispatch, not pulled off a shelf. If you are between two, whole bean keeps best.

Common questions
Fitment is listed in the specifications above, and portafilter tools are sized in millimetres so check yours before ordering. Ask us if your machine is not a common size.
Most of the barista range is specified for daily cafe service rather than occasional home use. The specifications above say which this one is.
For the machine and grinder brands we carry, yes. Contact us with the model and the part you need.
