If you find espresso bitter or sharp, the soft caramel finish and mild florals are a good place to start, and it makes a smooth, sweet latte without sugar.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eHow to brew it\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eEspresso machine:\u003c\/strong\u003e fine. Start with 18 to 20g in a double basket and aim for about 25 to 30 seconds; go finer if it runs fast, coarser if it chokes.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eStovetop \/ moka pot:\u003c\/strong\u003e fine to medium-fine, a little coarser than espresso.
